Strategy Workshops
Hosted by Prof. Dr. Janser of the Technical University of Aachen, our Management holds quarterly workshops focusing on current issues. These are invaluable to develop new strategies to adjust to constantly changing market conditions.
Taking the current financial crisis as an example, we reacted at a very early stage to deal with the possible effects on our company, and have entered this period well prepared. Proactive strategy means we're still very much in the game.
These workshops are very explicitly tailored to our company and far removed from standard seminars and training courses.
"Future medium-sized company check"
In close cooperation with the Fraunhofer Institute Berlin and the Kreissparkasse Savings Bank Cologne, the Klüppelberg company has been participating in the "Future medium-sized company check" Project since 2006. The project was inaugurated by the Federal German Ministry of Science and Technology in 2006 and the Fraunhofer Institute commissioned as project co-odinator.
The software tool thus created is intended to enable small and medium-sized businesses to assess their own strengths clearly and simply within a critical sector and position themselves more effectively as a niche player.
This tool also provides banks, savings banks and other financial institutions with more clarity in the assessment of companies' performance and helps in deciding whether to approve loan applications.
The benefit for our company comes from the close, confident cooperation with the Kreissparkasse Savings Bank Cologne, which is also involved in this Project and has therefore a very intimate knowledge of our company.
